After Dr. Rogers has explained the areas of responsibility of the relevant project team members to John, the project manager has to focus on his task again. He has to finish his presentation for the afternoon meeting. To this meeting he invites team members of the project team, which were chosen according to their abilities. John uses the time to read up on the topic of communication, meetings and presentations.

Communication is important in order to inform and to incorporate stakeholders in project-related processes.
